military training pact?

because the some what wild nature of this region and the close proximity of the CFC region the president of sheathed word has allocated funds for military build up. but for now we dont have any facilities to train our troops. the president of sheathed word would like to discuss a training program of 5000 infantry units and 100 pilots on thr training facilities of another nation. in return we could help in training covert agents. sheathed word`s only military division is the GIF (general intelligence faction) and they would be proud to train some foreign operatives

Eternal Cold is amenable to this pact. Our intelligence agents need further training to end their comments of "wow, it's hot here" while in foreign countries, among other things.

If you agree, your infantry will train in the recently enlarged Ft. Frostbite, where they will be toughened up by the bitter north wind. Ft. Frostbite is also home an airbase which can train your pilots in either fixed wing or rotary wing aircraft.

i accept your offer and we will start shipping our force as soon as possible. if you would be so kind as to let me know when your first agents will arrive...we would like to start there training as soon as possible
