Editing a Scenario
Does anyone know if there is a way to edit the properties of a Scenario AFTER it has begun? This would of course involve editing the saved game files but the Editor does not open them (in Civ2 it did I think).

I think the multitool posted on this forum can do some of this (not things like difficult level and stuff though). But I'm not sure if the current version works with PtW or not
