I propose the following (as a neutral UN observer type):

1) Continue as you have, with an emphasis on speed and diplomatic brevity (Horse will have to stop sampling the virgins offered by border nations and just sign the damn treaty).

2) If #1 fails, Trev can be authorized to unleash his dogs of war and quickly dispense with the lot of you, thereby making time issues moot.

3) All contractions and half-assed grammatical usage will be forbidden from now on, sparing us these scintillating examinations of the written word.

4) Australia will be the recipient of a post-haste airlift of goodwill Bisquick, a food base powder that can be used to make pancakes, waffles, casserole filling, etc. in myriad forms. Of course, this will prove to be an abhorrent foodstuff to Finbar, who will immediately move to Venice, thereby eliminating a lot of other problems I did not have a chance to address in this post.

Carry on.

From King Trevriffic (325 B.C.): best that you can do...........
From King Parrot free zone (325 B.C.): be gentle with him - he's only a kid
To Consul Hydey, King Parrot free zone, King Trevriffic, King Blignaut (325 B.C.): war report please
From King Blignaut (325 B.C.): Hydey flicked Trev with a towel
To Consul Hydey, King Parrot free zone, King Trevriffic, King Blignaut (325 B.C.): LOL!
From King Trevriffic (325 B.C.): he has attacked a city, killed 1 phalanx, and has 2 sitting ducks begging for a quick death
To Consul Hydey, King Parrot free zone, King Trevriffic, King Blignaut (325 B.C.):
To Consul Hydey, King Parrot free zone, King Trevriffic, King Blignaut (325 B.C.): hydey, where does this come from?
From Consul Hydey (325 B.C.): he would not have anything to do with peace
From King Parrot free zone (325 B.C.): stop giving deity vicarious thrills!
To Consul Hydey, King Parrot free zone, King Trevriffic, King Blignaut (325 B.C.): kill kill
From King Blignaut (325 B.C.): stop beating off over the King Chat, Horse!
To Consul Hydey, King Parrot free zone, King Trevriffic, King Blignaut (325 B.C.): deady bones Tev?
From Consul Hydey (325 B.C.): death
To Consul Hydey, King Parrot free zone, King Trevriffic, King Blignaut (325 B.C.): make love not war
From Consul Hydey (325 B.C.): I wanted peace but he would have none of it, bloody warmonger
To Consul Hydey, King Parrot free zone, King Trevriffic, King Blignaut (325 B.C.): LOL
From King Parrot free zone (325 B.C.): shut up finbar - I have to gird my loins.......
From Consul Hydey (325 B.C.): you have to find your loins first
From King Blignaut (325 B.C.): keep your damn loins out of this please
From King Trevriffic (325 B.C.): Your land armies did not suffer, it was a quick death
From Consul Hydey (325 B.C.): what about your navy?
From King Parrot free zone (300 B.C.): I never let them near my loins
From King Trevriffic (300 B.C.): your navy will be next in line, lucky that time

Just to save 45 minutes of laboured negotiations over which fork is whose and whether the pepper grinder occupies neutral territory and to save Horse telling you to "f*ck off" as enjoyable as that was.

"My enemy's enemy is my friend."

BTW, Fin, they also make a slightly different version of bisquick for biscuits and casserole filling, etc.
Actually, it's pretty bland and needs a good deal of attention to bring it to life...but on a meager budget, it goes a looooooooooooong way!

Carry on.

What does it cost to prepare a veal or beef stock? A couple of dollars? Store it in the freezer. Much healthier than that chemical stuff.

Sure - if we're around.

And I would never buy a product called "Bisquick".

Reminds me of Eddy's advocacy of Hamburger Helper in the National Lampoon Vacation movie.

I've been known to use that too.

Poor in fiscal terms, loaded in every other way.

BTW, did you notice that MalevolentLight accuses Deity of being unbalanced in his thread? Are we going to stand for that?

Never let the truth stand in the way of a sledge, Doctor! There's a character called Spike in the children's series I'm writing at the moment. He reminds me very much of you!

Hehe, I started my response to Eyes' (note the apostrophe use Sneak ) post by complaining that he wasn't bashing Deity as the thread title suggested.

Hmm, this character, should I be happy he reminds you of me, or should I be angry?

He's a slightly dim mischief maker. Make up your own mind.

Body noises are up for grabs at the moment. Kids - the audience - love them, the producers don't like them. It's a pity producers only judge from their adult perspective, unable to view from the audience's perspective.

You claim to be dim? The character is only - as I indicated - slightly dim. There, obviously, ends the resemblance.

I just thought up a character too......one that bears more than a slight resemblance to you as it happens. This, of course, is a complete coincidence.

I set fire to my graphic of him (because I didn't like the depiction, not because of any malice I bear), so if it gets a little warm there in Oz you have my sincere apologies.
