I figured other people would prefer to see the big-tittie cyborg, so I made a simple 7-of-9 replacement file per Ibores request. Also, I wanted to show people that new faction graphics can actually LOOK DECENT!
Make sure you backup your cyborg.pcx in case you want the original one back.
