2194 Gigamap Version 0.95 Released For Testing
The new version has been released and is available for download from my website here:

Do you want to see Japanese King Tigers and British IS-2's? Didn't think so.

Also gold gifting severely unbalances the scenario according to a recent playtest.

Let's say I'm China and the USSR captures Harbin, and I want it because it'ssupposed to be part of China, how am I supposed to get it without communication?

Why all land units can attack airplanes? British infantry units shot down 3 of my Ju-88s!
And about stackable ocean squares...when you destroy one naval transport, the land units carried into it do no sink with the ship...

Emugod: I'm not sure if the ban on communications affects multiplayer trasnactions between Civs. But if so there is a utility by Yaroslav called Civ2 Diplomacy, which should be able to trade cities, etc.

Yes it does because gifting money, trading Techs really unbalances the scenario. I know Ive done it.

Guys Pap, SAS, Darius and I have been around and around a ton of times on issues like this. My recommendation is to visit the HB threads. Most of the resent changes and why they were done are discussed there.

Not giving ground units the ability to attack aircraft unbalances the game. Because if you have a "stack" with strong air and ground units combined you cant effectively attack it. It is virtually untouchable. There should be a house rule against attacking "stacks" that have only airplanes with ground units. That we have found is the best way to solve this problem.

But again visit the HB threads!

a unit takes too many hits to kill another unit, waiting for the japanase to move is so boring
-why are the defensive blckade units so strong? will his value be lowered in a future rule file?
as in the original 2194 i think it will be too easy for the german to take lots of russian and british cities in a few turns
-when cities bigger than 11(I think) have units inside the flag doesn´t show up, only in the british and neutral, you should move it a little
- the axis can get the caucasian cities without fighting at Stalingrad
-not a special air-defensive unit?
