Governments any reason to switch?
Has any one discovered any value to being in one form as oppossed to another? IOW should one switch at some point?
The definitions are so generic that it is hard to form an opinion.

yea, when i play as my version of the Tachidi, i start with two choices, Hive or Unification.

I'll stick with hive because Unification gives the people too many rights

The Problem is the lack of explanation as to what the difference between the govs actually do. Its just another example of the indistinct cause and effect system of moo3.
