PTW 1.21f PBEM Specific Bug Reports
Report here any bug you might find that is PBEM specific. For non-PBEM specific bugs please refer to the appropriate thread in the Civ3-Play the World forum.

Please keep your bug report clear and understandable so that we can figure out what the bug is and how to deal with.

Before you post any make sure that is reproducible.

1.21 still didnt fix the difficulty level bug
Atleast i didnt find it in the readme.
