It's hard to forget when you say nothing but the UK is facist just about everytime you post. Somewhere along the way you have lost perspective on things. what is the reason for this arrest and upon what is it based?

Franky I have a real interest in this too, I doubt "books"
are all that are involved, after 50 years of IRA dealings
I'd suspect a strong case has been built before the
arrest occured.

The fact that IRA is still operative should tell you something.

I dont think any other country has such failures in combatting terrorism like britain does.

No surprise there.

And just have a glance at their "law" and you'll see what everyone sees.

They can arrest you because teh "Crown" doesnt agree with your opinion.

ANd base this on laughable evidence (namely books in this case)

this is importnant but I dont count on brit police to realize that.

these are the 2 things that, if not planted (not extrordinairy seeing brit police practice), are serious stuff.

still you dont proclaim you support 17N if you're involved in it

the brit polcie should have realized that

LOL if you ve been paying attention you'd realize that he was doing his PhD on 17N and if you actually knew something about the case you'd know that he's been visiting defence lawers of 17N for material.

youd also have ralized that you dont have posters of 17N in your room and people seeing them freely, if you were involved in the group and speak freely about it.

3rd and based on this you'd realized that the arrest was because of what he believes.

and the "law" that permits that.

which anyway can be acquired through means already explained.

you'd realized your focus should be on his proclaiming freely his admiration of 17N and the "law" that lets people be prosecuted for that in your little britain.
