Help! i could not build Sea Colonies?

It appears the sea colonies that i built are nothing simillar to what the great library had describe. Instead they just look and act like land cities floating on sea. Not the submerge cool looking HIGHTECH ONLY sea colonies.

So i just wonder if this is a bug of the game? and if it is a bug are there any patch to fix the bug?

yeah its a bug. no theres no patchs to fix it. but somtimes it will work properly somtimes it wont. Its just a tempramental game

Actually it starts not to working when you get the advances that gives undersea tunnels.

And i am working in a fix. But the best fix has a side effect...
