The Evil Twin Sea Borehole Plan Part III
On request of TKG and with consent of Voltaire I am organizing this borehole terraformation poll. Please vote 'yes', 'no' or 'abstain' for each number, representing a borehole location on the map seen below. You have three days, and obviously it's multiple choice.

This poll is in three parts: Part I, Part II and Part III.

A piece of information: borehole 24 is on Akirian territory. But because the Alpha Talent's duties involve "polling to hear the people's voice", it is possible that this poll is legitimate. I don't know really. I'll leave it over to the judges.

It doesn't invalidate the poll, indeed it may even be ok to do it if it wins, depending on where the regional territory lines are right now... but it better not win

If 24 wins, I will formally bring a case against it in the court. It is in Akiria (IIRC that side of the bay is Akiria, the other Twin Sea) This is what it would be if they were two different factions, where the line would be drawn. Voltaire cannot authorise the vote there, only Herc can (until next term, then hopefully me )

No to 18, 23 and 24; yes to the rest.

There's no real reason to worry about 24 winning, as it has only one vote in favour, but I fail to see how it would be illegal.

A borehole needs the governor of that region to poll it, or at least to agree to it. #24 is in Akiria, and Herc has not agreed to it.

There will be no boreholes in Akiria :doitnow:

What law is there stating that? It makes no reference to boreholes in the constitution, except in my amendment as an example of what you couldn't do.
