I attemted to use the links in your sig to get the newer 2.0 version of the tnt.pcx but they lead to the CDG site and the link there for the new file loops back to the same site.
Version 1.0 is above I assume. And 2.0 is around somewhere but can not be found as the links loop around to each other between here and the CDG site.

The link above does take you to CDG which does have the file, but CDG has a new policy requiring you to login to see or download any files. I will upload this here at Apolyton tonight when I get home, along with a preview.
The pictures above are for the 1.0 version - 2.0 looks very different.
Both 1.0 and 2.0 can be used in Civ3, PTW, or C3C.
