Jonny, that office is not planned for at this time, however, if I win the DM office you will be more than welcome to join in the effort and have a semi-official position.

Scouts - do they fall under Military or Domestic?

if it can't build anything, it's military, unless otherwise stated by the SMC

What particular use would the DM have for scouts? I can sort of see how the FM might want them, but even that's a stretch.

Pretty much ALL units fall under the SMC, except for those workers(draft dodgers I believe)

Domestic was a combination of city planning, city placement, workers and scouting. All were seperate elected positions that were combined into one. Scouting wasn't a priority as we knew most of the world and were using the FAM office for getting those parts we didn't know. However, in terms 1-3 this office was one of the most important. Thus, I say it is a gray area and a consensus (no elections or anything, just discussion) as to whos position it is.

as the first SMC of Apolyton, i remember doing all the scouting.

I am too busy these days to run for anything, ISDG and PTWDG need me...

maybe in a future term when I'm less occupied with these and that other demo game called REAL FRIGGIN LIFE (played against hundreds of opponents in a a gigahuge map with an uber-deity dificulty level) I'll run for something.

Seeing as I only count 4 poeple interested in your court, and the fact that the current Code of Laws requires 5, I will submit an application to run for the same type of position I currently hold in Fanatika.

translation: I'm running for the court, and there ain't nothin' you can do about it.
