I'm not a Greenie. I used to be, but I decided to become neutral in the whole Green/FM mess when the fight over it was rather heated back in the days of yore.
And I haven't made up my mind about the borehole, yet. I'm too busy at the moment to have the time to find the relevant parts from the Constitution :/

On CFC it gives a list of friends, mostly other Civ sites that you may want to try? Or you can try the OT forum, on any of the sites you've already tried.
