worst cradle wonders
I don't know if there has been anything on this before, but hey what the hell.

I think that the worst and most ineffectual wonder must be Hadrian's Wall, what do you think?

protection from barbarians is one of the best wonder effects you can have. allows you to allocate your troops where the actual front is, or to even lower your readiness, if you are at peace with everybody.

Does that protection from barbarians actually work though? I didnt think it worked at all in the unmodded game.

as far as i have experienced it works perfectly in all games i ever played (well at least in those i got the according wonder) with one exception: in the prealpha to aom (iirc basically the vanilla game with the colonization rules) the barbs didn't attack me in the close sense, but kept bombarding my towns with catapults.
