Comrade Henrikov, how soon can the road out of Riga be repaired? I plan on moving NW front troops out of Riga to Germany this turn, as our grand offensive continues.

The road to Riga will be repaired once I've fixed the road net in Estonia.

However this is not a big problem right now as Leningrad is producing one transport per turn, effictively removing the need for that road right now...
They'll all be sent directly to Königsberg...
