Yup, either way it makes no real difference. You can always 'start a discussion' about others' votes in the poll.

I suspect it was just his cunning way of trying to stop you from attacking him makeo. I doubt he could give a rats about finbar judging by how he just rolled over finbar without a moment's hesitation when it suited him.

Not really. I just use it only on the opening, you use yours repeatedly at many different times.

In fact, as the game progresses your's get's embellished.

It was a standard 4 man game. There was a small nub attached to the artic (only 3 squares) but it was still continent 1. I could see the edge of the rest of the continent but couldn't get to it without going 50 squares around. It was awhile back, but people did concede a restart.

we would always concede....there are times where you have to wander like 10 squares to find the one tile isthmus, but by then your 2-3 cities behind and a few techs/units/huts as well....

is this in the rah rules, polar start = restart..if not , it should be!
