Using the Editor

Can anybody tell me where to find some guidance on how to use the editor....i've got CivIII Play the World, and can't find any mention of it in the manual....not even a word that it exists!!!

Doesn't the editor have a help menu?

just fool around is what i recommend, its a pretty easy as far as editors go (at least from the one ive experienced).

just make sure to turn on the option to edit the rules (dont know where that is off-hand), it bothered the heck out of me when i couldnt find it one time
