minister of war Pax Apolyton 1750 BC
Pax Apolyton (size 2) city in revolt
supporting 1 warrior which is in the city for defence and martial law (we need more)

I suggest using an elvis to settle the people and then incrementally rush buy a settlers unit (cost 54 gold)
we can then use the settlers to build roads on the shielded grassland .
I then suggest we build a Horsemen which can keep the peace until we are in Monarchy when he can then move out and begin exploring to the South / west.

I suggest we rush a phalanx(or whatever you want BUT NO SETTLER). Building a settler we will only have 2 shields and 4 food produced.Water is far away so irrigation will take a while befor we get it there...are we going to cripple our cities by keeping them small? Building an other defender solves our happyness problem without crippling that city and it is a lot cheaper.

Again, we are building too many expensive settlers. Let's try to match units to the type cities can productively support.

Bah. Build horsemen for defence, a la ICS.
