The people revolt!
Esteemed Pharoah Cavebear:

The people revolt and reject your rule, even in the capital! We desperately need to enlist our unruly young men into the militias to maintain martial law. To do so, I have outlined my plan below, to reduce the expenses incurred.

CITYLIST:

Name/Population/Surplus/Storage/Max/Happy/Support

Imperialis: 2,0,O,6f5s1t,D,3

Dominion: 2,2,1,6f3s4t,D,1

Majestica: 2,2,22,6f7s1t,H,0

Glorificus: 2,2,12,6f5s4t,H,0

Pax Apolyton: 2,2,10,6f3s1t,D,0

Enron: 1,2,4,4f3s4t,D,0

Recommendations to put all cities in order:
1. Rush Warrior in Enron
(Restore order by turning citizen into elvis)
Cost:19 gold

2. Change build order to Horseman in Pax Apolyton
(Restore order by making an Elvis)

3. Change build order to Warrior in Dominion
(Restore order by making an Elvis)
Place worker on Ivory
FOR ONE TURN ONLY!

4. The Problem of Imperialis.

We need to reduce support, so here is my suggestion.

Rehome Imperialis archer to Glorificus (1 turn away)
Rehome Imperialis settler to Majestica (1 turn away)
Place worker on Bonus Grassland, from forest.
We need a food surplus to hire elvis and restore order.
Once we have rehomed the units, then we can safely hire elvis.
Once we restore order, rush a warrior.
Cost:15 gold

If the plan does not meet your approval, please enscribe your response on the scroll below, as to how the plan should be improved.

May the Pharoah reign eternally,
Cityplanner Obiwan18

Try to collect the fermented fruit. The lower-ranked troops are very fond of any sort of "hard-cider"!
