Mac People
A friend of mine has a mac and has (for some reason?) deleted an importnat file via the Trash can.
Can you suggest any cheap/free ways of recovering this file plz?

cos you can do it with Norton or summat, but that costs money to buy the program
Any Free alternatives to download?

I believe there is a way, but I am far too clueless to know that way. I'd actually reccomend even more the www.macaddict.com help forums.
