Reputation with unknown civs
I'm on a continent with two other civs. None of us have contact with any of the other five civs. If I commit attrocities (e.g., razing cities or capturing/abandoning cities), will these attrocities affect my reputation with the other five civs that I haven't even met yet? In other words, when I finally do meet them, will I have a bad reputation with them even though they should have had no way of knowing about my past attrocities?

If you completely destroy your neighbors before contact, you should be pristine. If even one unit of a neighbor manages to get contact, all your past deeds will be conveyed to the new world.
