Can't Connect to Gamespy

Whenever I click on Multiplayer on the main menu, the loading bar goes to 100%, then the game pauses for about twenty seconds before taking me to the normal multiplayer game screen. The only problem is, I don't think I'm connected to anything. The usual "Attempting to connect to Gamespy..." window never pops up, and there are no games listed, or even players in the lobby. No, I'm not behind a firewall, yes, I do have the latest patch, and no, I haven't changed anything since when it was working fine. I've restarted the game, I've rebooted the comp, and nothing's worked. Nothing's been changed since two days ago, when everything worked like it should and I played a couple games for a few hours. Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas on how to fix it?

Gamespy is down (for ALL games that they host, not just RON)

Edit: LOL - not RON, Civ But the same applies.

Well damn, how long will that be? And is there any other way to find players?
