I thought that had been fixed.

It is the old problem with MGE and it's barracks upgrade slot bug.

There is a solution!

Look at the rules line for the Sherman:
Sherman Tank, Cmp, 0, 2.,0, 6a,5d, 2h,2f, 11,0, 0, Las, 000000000000000

And change the role of the tank to aerial supremacy:
Sherman Tank, Cmp, 0, 2.,0, 6a,5d, 2h,2f, 11,0, 3, Las, 000000000000000

Now it will show up in the build list...

I will check all the units now to make sure this is not occuring all over.
If so, I will make a new zip fil and fix the link.

Hate to be a spoiler but since Monotheism is set as European Alliance, an exclusive tech, Garrison only have effect for Europeans which i find rather annoyinng (another Chinese player here ).

You shall really see if a tech swap is possible...
perhaps with Military Arms Industry?

Oh hey, another thing: When I try to sell an improvement, it gives me an option of "Sell x improvement for all cities for x amount of gold" When i set it to that and click OK, nothing happens. Am I missing a patch or something?

Cifer, your help with the European continent still is part of Sov-Steel!

I am currently working on a overhaul of D2MGE, called DV2.

New rules, graphics, events, ect.

After that it is onto a scenario set in the nightmare post-WW2 world of 1980!

But I have 3 things to report
1. Moscow is smallerr then Leningrad: This is historically wrong. ALso in this timeline Moscow has a greater population than Leningrad.
some city names are wrong the city you have named Kazan lies there where in reality Swerdlowsk/Yekatarinburg is
and your city Novogorod is in the region where in real world Nizhnyj Novgorod or Kazan (your city is more to the place of Kazan but in this case Nizhnyj Novgorod is suitable too) is.

what time does everyone usually go to war? I went in June of 1951...took Pyongyang from those evil socialists! But really, the power distribution is great...neither side, NATO or USSR/WARPAC has moved more than a few miles along the German/Polish border, and it's December 1951 now...great .scn!

I plan to institute the Dictator V2 system, where you research to declare war...

So as either power, you can hold off, or attack when you wish...

The AI's war declarations are hard to predict too! Watch out!

I think the U.S. Airbases were a little overpowered...

Edit: Under ideal circumstances they are hard to kill; four or five 250mm Soviet super cannons took one down to about half heath. Try to imagine fighting one of these things in a river-city with a barracks and walls. Under those conditions the only things that can possibly destroy them are nukes.

I always declare war on the reds on turn 1.

My drive always seems to be halted before Moscow though......

It is not like i care for looses(i attack with masses of landwehr), but those damn comies have seemingly endless reserves.
