Where Can I Get Fantastic Worlds?
I've had CIV I & CIV II for ages, but never got around to getting the Fantastic Worlds "add on" CD. I'm missing out on a lot of scenario's like Lord Of The Rings for example as I don't have the FW add-on.

I know the complete CD set was put out on Civ II Gold, but I can't seem to find that or the Fantastic Worlds CD anywhere in the game shops. I've had a good look around on the On-Line game purchase site, but have drawn a blank. Chips N Bits shows FW "out of stock", and no mention of the Gold MP Edition. The FW is very overpriced at $18.95 which works out to be $55.00 plus freight charge in Aussie dollars, which is very much over the top for a 1997 game, even if it was in stock.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to where I can get hold of a copy of FW?

Thanks

Taipan

Thanks for the reply, but you have got the wrong end of the stick.

I have already downloaded the scenario from Apolyton, but you need FW for the scenario to work. If you don't have FW, the scenario DTD's.

I think the only way you'll find FW these days is if you know someb0dy that has it,a cd writer and well.....remember the word BACKUP.

Edited by Ming: I have removed a URL that goes to a place where you can pirate software. Apolyton does not condone illegal acts.
Please don't provide such links on this site! While we have no control over what people do with software after they buy it, we can restrict posting links that make it easier for people to violate copywrite laws!

Computer Games Strategy Plus still sells it at their gmae store, but it's out of stock at the moment. Don't know how long until they get more. From this link look for the Chips and Bits banner.

Smash, well I did look "here", and a strange thing happened. This is exactly what I was looking for.

Thank-you very much
