How do you cancel agreements?
I have some trade agreements that I made a really long time ago witht the AI. Is there a way to peacefully stop the agreement? The AI doesn't want to. I also have an mpp with another civ and it's been going on for a long time but they won't offer to cancel it. How do I cancel it without hurting rep? (it's not hard to guess why I want to cancel it )

After 20 turns you can cancel it savely. To do this, open negotiations ("we would like to propose a deal"), then click on "Active". It will show you all your active contracts with the number of turns before it can be cancelled peacefully. If there is no number, it exists for more than 20 turns and it can be cancelled. Click on the item you want to cancel.
You can also change your preferences to "always renegotiate after 20 turns". That way you will be reminded automatically. This method has the disadvantage though, that from then on, the deal will last another 20 turns, whereas if you hadn't touched it, you could cancel it whenever you want.

Hope that helps

Once you clickon the agreement, a described by Lucilla, you cancel it by clicking on it which removes it from the table. You can do this with any agreement that doesn't have a number in parenthes next to it in the active deals.
