AI Reticence
1. Does the AI notify you in some way when a nuclear exchange occurs between two other countries? Considering the nastiness that can happen to you when YOU initiate the use of such weapons, it would seem this would be so.
2. Is it possible to have war declared on you between turns without some "official" notification by the AI?
