Nominations for next Fleet Operations Cap'n (i.e. - the Matey takin' the turns)
As promised, here is a thread for making nominations for the next Cap'n Hook, or whatever we want to call it.
The term of office starts in 2121. I would suggest a ten year term, through 2130, but that isn't carved into the mainmast.
Nominating yourself is perfectly OK as far as I am concerned but then again, I'm not the Cap'n in charge of etiquette either (maybe I'll run for that post to keep busy).
Just to start the list off, I'm going to nominate these two Cap'ns:
- Cap'n Hercules (he is scheduled to be back about now)
- Cap'n Flubber
These would each make fine FOC's IMhO as would many of the other Cap'ns, I'm sure; I just happen to have some PBEM experience with them and know them to generally play SMAX in a fine piratical style.
I plan to call the election soon, so get your nominations in.
