Whats the deal with not seeing posts?
Old Threads Being Viewed,
Some Posts Say Cannot Be Viewed,
Ignore List Is Blank.

Nobody On Ignore,
But Posts Still Act Like Some Are,
Whats The Big Deal?

They're posts of non-existant members, from back in the UBB days.

And yes, MarkG is still a member, but his current account is not the same as his old UBB account.

It's somewhat related to the way private forums were handled in the earlier forum software, and somewhat related to the hack to give the archive its own database tables rather than sharing them with the other posts (To speed up the site, and avoid database errors dues to too many posts (okay, we've seen that already, but without this cahange the posts would have had to be deleted totally))

The problem is that all the scripts are not designed to handle the fact that some posts are in the archive table and not in the default one.

Oh, that's why it sounded poetic.

Well, I didn't follow the syllable pattern. Oh well.
