I'm just making a list of tasks and how they will be allocated to the various jobs etc.

- keeping tabs on other factions and reporting
* via inflitration/pact
* via rightclick faction profile

- longterm terraforming and base placement planning
*Maximising boreholes
*landraising

- longterm science planning

- foreign affairs
*ambassador
*also two advisors with high enough authority to second uncertain ambassador messages.
*copying ambassador messages from CGN forum to hive forum, running opinion polls

-military strageties
*defensive
*offensive

- propaganda
* writing pravda, requires 2 people at least.

- turn taker
*overseer
*also needs a secretary to look at the preturn update and see which issues have question marks next to them. Then find a decision either by passing it back to the approiate minister or running a poll/asking opinions on it.

- IC fun
* base naming and landmark naming
* writing roleplaying stories

I will work on this more tonight ....

but they'll change it probably, to another project - its just an easy starter for their faction, like weather Paradigm for the Gaians.

Although looks like they are really aiming for this, as a means to overcome their research penalty. We suspect that they are trying to build a SSC.

Perhaps a new thread to deal with SP's? Threads have notoriously short lifespan staying on On Topic and we should help lengthen that lifespan.
