Not really. For example, in NJ even if it is freezing outside there is no necessity defense for breaking into private property to save your own life. I figure if property rights are mor important than lives, then control over one's body should be as well. Assuming fetuses are human (which they are not).

I still assert that it's the same damn thing:

eviction == abortion == eviction.

From the World Association for Sexology's Universal Declaration of Sexual Rights.

Quote:
8. The right to make free and responsible reproductive choices. This encompasses the right to decide whether or not to have children, the number and spacing of children, and the right to full access to the means of fertility regulation.
Pretty much says it all. Humans are ought to have the full right to control their fertility; includes abortions as that's fertility control too.

fertility is ur ability to have children. killing one after the fact doesn't effect ur ability. thats why we dont call ppl who luv abortions "infertile."

The American government appears to have that stricken from the record, along with basic human rights, the freedom of fvcking speech, and natural liberties laws.

Erm, I don't say the case is closed, but I think the backbone organisation of the World's sexologs are ought to be quite trustworthy when they speak up regarding an issue like sexual rights, and thus also refering to abortions. Or should I find your and Zylka's commentary based on more professional expert studies and evaluations?

sexual fertility has nothing to do w/ abortion. for christ sakes. would u call someone who had an abortion "infertile?" course I already said this.

It is my sexual right to spread the word that Denis Leary's hooks to the left.

I have to have an abortion every time I drink a double espresso and eat an oat bran muffin, then attempt to drive on the freeway in a hurry.

I don't think pro-choice people necessarily LOVE abortion.

Example? Fertility?

I do not think it means what you think it means.

But regardless, it's inconceivable!

Well, like TV, I am rarely absent and rarely entertaining. Maybe I should become a janitor instead - I'm good at cleaning up other people's messes.

Careful, Dennis Leary's Johnson is waiting outside for you. He has a mean left hook.

Why in the world would I give even a moment's notice to the credo of "The World's Greatest Sexologists Association" or whatever its name is? These people study how to have great or at least passable sex, they have no claim whatsoever to being the legitamate guardians of the publics morals. They are not the elected represntatives of the world's many nations.
