Embasies???

Ok, this is an easy question. How do you establish embasies?? Normaly I'm only asked right after I learn Writing or Lit., which ever is the pre-requisit. But if I don't know a civ by then, I don't ever getthe chance to do it. Anyone know how to help??

RTFM!

There is a list of keyboard shortcuts at the back of the Civ3 manual, around page 198 in my copy. Ctrl-E establishes embassies.

In PTW the easy way is through the espionage screen so click on the small button marked E on the right edge of the information window in the bottom right of the4 screen.

thanks. I haven't been able to find my manual, thus some problems. Along with the fact that's been a few months sinse I last played the game...
