Here.

I thought about bumping it, but I understood that the two not-yet-included leaderheads are still nameless. We still don't know who'll be the Mayan leader, and who'll be the Incan Leader

There are 2 more confirmed Scenarios. The first is the “Age of Sail.”

“the Age of Sail, in which you'll play either as an explorer from an Old World country intent on conquering the New World, or as an indigenous nation who must repel the European invaders. The conquests feature a huge variety of new technological advances and bonuses that are unique to each one, such as sacrificial altars that benefit the Native Americans in the Age of Sail.”

Here’s the link.

http://www.gamespot.com/pc/strategy/...w_6073788.html

The second is a Roman Era scenario. There is no writing about it, but you can clearly see it in the screenshots.

PLATO... thanks for the PM asking to have this thread topped. I agree with you on that.

However, in the future, when you are asking about or want something done to a thread... Please provide a link to make it easier

Actually, absolutely not. I got the idea after reading LouLong's thread at CivFanatics (this is not a copy of his thread), but I wasn't aware there was such a thing at MZO too.

I'll see about it (and probably will contact PanzerXXXII) tomorrow. Now it is really time for bed )

The new small boat is a curragh, not a corragh. The Gamespot review had a spelling error there.

Thanks everyone for the heads up. I've upgraded the first post, and I have begun working on a table with all the new improvements.

I remember having seen an article featuring many Sengoku buildings. Does anybody know the link to it ? Thanks

And btw Kaos, did you see that in the new article, Communication Trading and Map Trading has been finally pushed back ? That's great ! I play with these rules for ages, and it really makes the ancient and early medieval eras more interesting

Sweet, this will make the world exploration, more like it was in Civ2. And more challenging.

Also, check out the 'GS' impressions. It looks like 4 new City Improvements, the only one I can recognize is the old-style Windmill.

Then there is the cool looking priest/ monk unit, reading from the book. Hmm.....is this guy, just another soldier? I don't think so, there must be some new ability for this guy. Of course, this is all speculation.

But I'm still waiting for UNIT TRADING!!!

Now, when they say it will "come complete with all the content" of PTW, do they really mean everything? IE. if I don't have PTW, I won't need to even bother buying it, cause Conquests will give it all to me.

And i´m still waiting for an improved City View!

I´m afraid that monk copies the function from the Age of Empires, where it served for taking units for your cause. I think about this because the new Slavement ability might fit in the monk, making it look too much like the monk in Age of Empires.

A monk with "unit conversion" ability? I think that would be a bigger leap than CIV should make.

From the jump-map in the lower left of that screen, I'm guessing this is a scenerio pic. Probably the Roman one, or maybe Cradle of Civ. Which means that the tech and gov. type you noticed are likely to be scenerio mods. Still worth noting, but we do want to be sure they are noted in the proper location.

A ? on that screen. Its hard to make out with FoW, but what's the greyish silver blob on the hill left one and down two from the town of Croton? Is that iron, or something else?

My guess would be the Roman Scenario. The map appears to conform fairly well with the boarders and regions surronding the Roman Empire.

I think you may be right about the greyish silver blob, but it looks as if it may also be a small ruin.

diplomacy changes will slow down development/exploration a lot.
