Well I don't like the latest civgroup code, when I am not logged in I get this nice error meassage instead of being able to view the forums:

Pressing the refresh button doesn't soleve the problem. Problem occurs for guests and I tried Mozilla 1.5, Netscape 4.78 and Konquera no idea which version.
