What's the one with the extra luxuries and stuff?

In the whole DAR thing in the Strategy forum, I noticed that someone posted a screenshot with some luxuries or resources that I've never seen before. How do you get them? Is it a patch, or expansion, or mod, or what? I think two of them looked like tobacco and silver, respectively. Anyone know?

It could be a mod for graphics. Many use one that makes the resources look different. I think several come with PTW and there are a number of them here to be downloaded.
