I've only been to Victoria on the Island and that was only a day trip. I hear it is a great place for camping, hiking, and long secluded walks with the g/f.

Vietnam or Thailand sound good. 
My next vacation will probably be Wurzburg. Hopefully, I'll get to RA there next summer, and get to hang out around Europe afterwards.
