The Partisan attacking bonus
The Partisan attacking bonus versus 0-attack units is a feature of importance in many scenarios, esp. Red Front. However, at least in my version (italian v 2.42 + conflict+ FW) it is not documented. Thus, i was curious of the following:
-How much is it exectly?
-Who did discover it?
-How?
Just curious!

How?
It is written in the book.

Who discovered it?
Microprose.

How Much?
The book doesn't say how much.
