Global capitalism scenario
Idle thoughts recently have led me to some fair ideas on how to work a global capitalism scenario. Unfortunately to make it vaguely work I'd need on of those skewed maps which are proportioned by the a mount of wealth each country has. Does anyone know where I can find one?

Every country is sized by wealth, rather than land area, so Africa is a fraction of the size of Japan or Germany.
